2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you actively provide: your name, email address, telephone number and the contents of your message when you use the contact form; and additionally your age group, preferred area of help and availability when you submit the volunteer registration form. We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
Contact and volunteer data are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where a cooperation begins, for the performance of that relationship and our legitimate interest in running the association's activities (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use the data solely to reply to you and to coordinate your involvement. We never sell data and never use it for commercial advertising.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for a maximum of twelve months after the matter is closed. Volunteer registrations are retained for the duration of your involvement and for three years thereafter, unless you request earlier deletion. Accounting records are kept for the periods required by Czech law.
5. Who has access
Access is limited to the association's coordinators and board members who need it for their role. Data may be processed by our email and hosting providers acting as processors under contract. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Security of the contact forms
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted and are accessible only to authorised association representatives. We apply the principle of data minimisation: fields that are not necessary are optional.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Write to bowman-bunnyq@gmx.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. 8. Cookies
This website uses no advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies. Only technically necessary local storage is used, to remember your chosen display language.
9. Children
Where a programme involves a person under 15 years of age, personal data is provided and consented to by a parent or legal guardian on paper at the point of registration, not through this website.
